Each Hot Menthol Cold-ez Lozenge contains: Menthol 65mg, Propolis Tincture 55mg, Eucalyptus 55mg, Vitamin C 50mg, Zinc (gluconate) 5mg, in a base of sugar, glucose syrup and natural aniseed flavour.

Suggested Use
Take up to 3 Cold-ez lozenges daily as soon as you recognise a cold coming on.
